Hi all! I made Scones with Preserved Lemon for tonight's rewatch. Well- I made the scones and I will be enjoying them with McKay's lemon curd. Yum!

So to go along with the Outlander season 6 rewatch I thought it would be fun to make a recipe from the Outlander Kitchen cookbooks by Theresa Carle-Sanders for each episode. I am going to choose recipes that 1. I haven't made before, 2. the ingredients are not too obscure or expensive, and 3. it can be made ahead or isn't very time-consuming. (Can you tell I have had a busy month? 🙂) Anyway, for S6E1 on Friday I am making Cranachan with Brian and Jenny from Outlander Kitchen: To the New World and Back Again page 249 if you want to cook along. I will give longer notice going forward. ; )
