I loved the hobbit movies despite what people may think

Honestly dude, i can kinda agree. Like, they’re definitely not the Rings movies imo, but heck for what we got i was still pretty invested in Bilbo (the casting for him was pitch perfect) and the Dwarves, specifically Thorin ofc. 

One of my favorite characters in the entirety of Middle Earth is Galadriel and getting more content of her was satisfying. I also really liked seeing more of the dwarven culture cause we saw so little of it in Rings. Actually, I think one of the reasons why I did like the movies more than most was because i fucking love Tolkien’s world and i loved being able to return to it and explore more things we didn’t get to see int he original trilogy.

Also i will say Eggs Benedict playing Smaug was one of his career highlights tbh

Lindsay Ellis on youtube has a absolutely fantastic 3 part series on the Hobbit movies and why the overall reaction to these movies were negative- the third part is one of the most interesting video’s I've ever watched b/c it unveils how the Hobbit movies actually screwed over a lot of people in New Zealand.... I highly reccomend it tbh cause it’s so fucking interesting tbh.

As of now, Kingsisle has updated all the free-to-play areas of Wizard City with updates graphic, yes! I don’t hink they’ve done some of the streets (like fire cat alley and cyclops lane) yet but it seems liek they’ll be re-doing those areas as well.
