#ok lady

so much of therapy doesnt work for me for multiple reasons but i especially cannot stand anything that feels “hokey”... like i like my therapist but she also just had me write down my feelings around a subject that made me go nonverbal and then put it in a jar and put that jar into the back of my cabinet so i could “unburden myself”

my sister is really out here trying to tell me that men and women’s brains are implicitly biologically different and men are not as capable of empathy as women just because it’s how their brain is structured

Really hilarious that my mum says the one thing she regrets in how she raised her kids is the time she assaulted my sister. Nothing at all about the times she hit me though…
