In all seriousness, if the game is any shape or form of canon, it’s far more likely that Hawks was in some way responsible for the arrest/death/events leading up to those of Thief Takami. I say responsible lightly because children aren’t responsible for things like that, but I do think this implies he played some role. It’s definitely not what I was expecting but Hawks’s backstory keeps throwing curveballs.
