The mafia boss said looking up at him with a simple smile on her face,every single one of her men holding a gun in their hand.

"Well, considering I made a promise that I would be the one to apprehend you, Elise-san... I suppose you could say that. No matter how long, nor far I will have to chase you... I'll do it."

Of course, Shuichi was not reckless. In a room full of armed men, he wouldn't dare make any sudden movements that could get him killed. But he also refused to be scared off, after how much work it already took to track her down. "The incident that happened last night at that private party...you were responsible for that, weren't you? How many more innocent people do you intend to get caught in the crossfires of whatever rivalry you have with other gangs?"

it looks like someone left shuichi a letter of some sorts in his room while he was off talking to the others.. with the envelope reading the name of the sender, a simply written "kokichi" in a surprisingly fancy scrawl. inside contains the following message: "shuichi, despite our ongoing game of cat and mouse, I would like it if you'd do me the honor of being my valentine! and no, before you ask yourself, this is *not* a lie. how about we set aside the games, and have some real fun together for a change?" and of course, it's signed with kokichi's name at the end.

Shuichi was currently returning back to his room after spending some time with his friends. Once he was back, that’s when he noticed the envelope. “! Huh? An envelope...?” Curious, he walks over to pick it up, eyes widening in surprise when seeing who sent it.

“K-Kokichi? What kind of letter would he want to write me, I wonder...” He takes the letter out the envelope and starts to curiously read it. He couldn’t help the small chortle that leaves him, figuring a letter as dramatic sounding as this was definitely Kokichi’s style. But when reading that he wants Shuichi to be his valentine....

“O...Oh?” His cheeks turn a light red. “He wants me to be his...v-valentine? And wants to spend time together, too....” And funnily enough, he had been thinking about the other just before he had saw that letter, too... and how he was thinking about wanting to give him chocolates. This would be the perfect chance to... and the thought of them just having fun together with no worries sounded nice, too...

“W...Well I guess I wouldn’t mind that. I wonder where he is, though...? I should go find him...” He puts away the latter and grabs the bag containing the box of chocolates he wanted to give him, before exiting out his room to try finding where he is. Nervous excitement was bubbling up in him...
