Well....... He was a chubby kid and now he’s really skinny. Like almost no fat kind of skinny. He’s not a muscular type of guy, he just has almost no fat at all that you can easily see his muscles (kinda like how Cloud was in the remake trailer).
You gotta go through a lot to achieve that, SPECIALLY if you were chubby in the first place. A combination of starvation and overworking himself could be what gave him those issues.
