Me at the start of the year vs me now
it was so crazy playing ch11 and feeling like they might end the chapter at so many different moments just to give us a cliffhanger to keep us wanting more but they didnt and they really carried out the whole conflict until we reached a point of resolvement and i just have to say a huge thank you to pb for delivering today👏🏽

the constant frustration from players makes sense because this is what we want. not inconsequential books filled with trivialities like silly love triangles.
we want intense, honest, raw moments like these. relationships that go beyond our love interests. bonds between characters, which include friendships, and romances. the pain, the intimacy, the vulnerability.
they delivered these chapters.
I did far too many sketches yesterday for that chapter and I blame it entirely on high school musicals baseball scene (and also Bryce)
