OGDAD challenge: Deed 1
I’m doing the One Good Deed A Day challenge. I might not post something every day, so instead of writing Day 1, etc, I’ll just count the deeds until I get to 30. >.<
Deed of the Day: Meatless Monday.

I chose this one ‘cause Monday was coming up and I didn’t want to wait for another one (just being honest, haha). I also thought it would be nice and simple to do. I’m not sure what kind of an impact my lack of meat-eating had, but it made me think about how I can go without meat voluntarily anyway, but when I specifically don’t eat it for one reason or another, it suddenly seems a lot more appealing.
It makes me think of sin, for some reason (like, it literally just popped into my head). I think, when we try too hard not to sin, or not to do certain things, it can make it that much harder because you constantly have that thing on your mind. Perhaps it’s easier just to try doing other things. Fill your mind and time with things you want to do, rather than just trying to avoid what you don’t want to. Idk. Might help. :p
