     she knew that she shouldn’t be there, but in all honesty, there was something about the nightlife that drove kael into a state of awe. if it was up to her, she’d be out every night to the break of dawn; radiating moonlight & the shining of the stars being the only source of illumination as her feet pass through the streets. the night was still young in some ways, as the blinding screen of her phone only read ‘12:47AM’ and with dysn being her cover-up, kael was certain that she’d be fine. her feet continued to press against the concrete, fingers typing quickly at the screen of her phone, baby blues fixated on the reoccurring messages that she sent to her friends about various subjects. there’s a loud sigh escaping her lips as she stopped dead in her tracks, back pressed against a row of bricks as her fingers delve into her pockets instead, placing the once held device into the depths of the thick material.
