oh, definitely, itās a thing in ALL fandom spaces and I wonāt deny that (back when I ran in the Sher/lock circle, there was a truly massive and hugely popular fanfic that was just 110% porn and I couldnāt even read the tags, it was too much)
I think my thing here (and again this isnāt me throwing shade on anybody, I honestly donāt care as long as I can get around it) is that because OW has such a huge cast, thereās just so much potential, and people run with it
additionally I feel like it attracts a more diverse crowd? so thereās more kinds of people making stuff, and therefore just more stuff (which is good, donāt get me wrong) (I just canāt do much with it)
or maybe I just spend so much time in the fandom Iām more inclined to run into it, Iāunno
