Talisa woke up and felt someone behind her touching her hair, braiding it or twisting it in some way that was extremely foreign to the nurse. She jerked her head up and caused tugging which hurt her and made her wince. “Ehrm... I’m sorry but.. who are you? and not to seem overly prodding but.. I don’t usually appreciate women that I don’t know touching any part of me.” 

“I can’t. I’m sorry. I’m terribly sorry, but I can’t,” Ashildr didn’t meet Meera’s eyes. “There are rules.”

The heartbreak, the mystery, the magic

I’m currently developing a verse where instead of being resurrected as Stoneheart, Catelyn’s spirit goes into Nymeria who pulled her from the river, and how she and Arya would be bonded through that bit by bit whenever Arya accidentally warged and it would be confusing at first and maybe never made sense of. But maybe something here where on the way to the Wall (I realise geography is off here as Cat/Nymeria would be in the Riverlands but screw that, it’s an AU, let’s move people around), they come across the wolf but it’s Meera and/or Jojen who realise the oddness of this direwolf, and recognise Cat, or slowly realise it or something, and just her joining them on their journey North, protecting them.
