who is more likely to hurt the other? yo, not that it’s any better, but i feel like they both have the same capacity of... idk the same ability to hurt the other person. because, like, we’ve seen it time and time again... but at the same time, it was never on purpose. but, uGH.

who is emotionally stronger? i want to say leo, but kara has grown stronger with every second she breathes so

who is physically stronger? lmao, as funny as it is, i want to say kara. bc they’re both the athletic type (and minus the bone cancer) but i feel like if kara really wanted to she could f*ck leo up. 

who is more likely to break a bone?  realitically, leo because he kinda has bone cancer...

who knows best what to say to upset the other?  leo knows the best ways to upset kara.

who is most likely to apologise first after an argument?  but leo will also quickly apologize for making her upset.

who treats who’s wounds more often? kara would treat leo’s wounds more often. i feel like as stubborn as they both are, kara is quicker to take care of herself and others than leo is.

who is in constant need of comfort? nah, these two babies are independent women who don’t need no men, lmao

who gets more jealous? my initial answer was leo but kara is totally that girlfriend who does something extra if she even dares see some girl look at her man the wrong way

who’s most likely to walk out on the other? leo is definitely more avoidant than kara, but i don’t think either one of them will really walk out... they’re both gonna keep going at each other till they’re both satisfied.

who will propose? leo will propose. as progressive as these two are, i feel like they still want that fairytale on some level.

who has the most difficult parents? kara has divorced parents and lesbian mothers. leo has a cheating father and a lovely single mother of two. i think they’re both difficult in their own way.

who initiates hand-holding when they’re out in public? they both would. they’re v open about pda.

who comes up for the other all the time? who comes to visit who? i feel like kara visits more. leo is probably more than comfortable in his room and needs to be reminded to leave the swamp sometimes.

who hogs the blankets?  ...leo. but kara pulls that shit right back as soon as she feels like it’s getting taken away.

who gets more sad? leo is a chronic worrier. kara not so much, so i feel like leo makes himself sad for no reason...

who is better at cheering the other up? they’re both pretty good at cheering the other up. whether it’s just being there or making each other laugh.

who’s the one that playfully slaps the other all the time after they make silly jokes? kara be slapping leo while he be making silly jokes. or not so silly jokes and kara goes like “ugh, leo!” lol

who is more streetwise? another one where i feel like they’re both equal. i mean, did you see kara’s personable skills? and, well, leo was kinda popular in high school... i feel like he’s been around some places.

who is more wise? leo’s wiseness is more in your face, if that makes sense.

who’s the shyest? leo. unlike kara who’s v more outgoing.

who boasts about the other more? leo is the type who doesn’t stop talking about the person he loves.

     “ you remind me a little too much of my sister. ”

     He wasn’t expecting Kara to be on the other side of that door. But who else would it have been? Jordi? No. He could barely look at him at the funeral. Charlie? He was probably on his way back home now, after all, he didn’t live too far away... For some strange reason, Leo thought it was room service; even though, he hadn’t ordered anything. He thought they were knocking on his door with a promotion or something. Some type of condolence since he just lost his best friend, DASH. But the world wasn’t kind.

          They didn’t even do that when he lived in the hospital.

     “All I want to be is a person who says ‘I love you’ and really mean it...”

          Leo and Kara were able to keep in contact regularly after they both left Ocean Park. In fact, to Leo, it’s like some miracle. They helped each other through a lot. They guided each other through whatever life had thrown at them. Their relationship was... It was hard to describe. They were like soulmates. Put on different paths, but always coming back to each other... Or was Leo confusing Emma with Kara? Because here he was in his hotel room with the love of his life yet again. Here was Emma standing before him, engaged to another man, mourning their best friend, picking up broken pieces of their hearts that they’ve dropped over the past few years.

     Emma broke up with him about a year and a half ago when she had relapsed. It was probably his fault though; Leo got mad, said that she didn’t want to ever get better. Then, he apologized. But it was too late.

     He wasn’t expecting for Kara to be on the other side of that door. But maybe she was always on the other side of that door. She was always the one pushing him forward. Even when she was being a pain in his ass, she formulated the momentum he needed to keep moving forward. And here she was again, trying to push him forward in his life. Forward into a life they shared. 

           “I’m sorry, Emma.”

     “I didn’t know she was coming up here.” But he couldn’t quite let go of the past. Maybe it’s Leo who doesn’t want to get better. 

     “ i’m gonna take on the world! ”
