I don't know if I'll have a chapter ready for CMH soon because unfortunately my sister has girlbossed too close to the sun and is moving into a new place with her workshops and I have committed to helping get the place ready pretty much all of Easter weekend. The other day I had to go to a hospital appointment for following up on my medication and I came in and there was an intern there (or other flavour of student I don't know) and so the doctor asked if it was okay if the appoinment was done in English I was like !!! I am so ready
so yesterday I was doing some cleaning and I heard the broom fall over behind the door of the very tiny storage room. Fine. it usually falls in front of the door but it doesn't block the door.
Except this time, it got swept behind the charging cord of the handheld vacuum which is on a shelf above my head. (do you see where this is going?)
so when I opened the door, I need to pick up the broom first, but it snags on the cord. and the shelf it's on has been crooked ever since my cat jumped on it (it was installed by the previous owner and apparently not very sturdy)
so in some very Looney Tunesque booby trap way when I opened the door just enough to reach the broom but it pulls on the cord and this tiny vacuum with charger immediately slips off and hits me straight on the head
I may be mildly concussed
I would have updated sea-green eyes earlier this morning but the IBS was IBS-ing and I felt like I was going to die of cramps ✌️
