Actually for the students and teachers who start distance education recently, a pen tablet or pen display will be a perfect substitute for pen and paper. E-learning is trending in nowadays, a pen tablet like Inspiroy Ink H320M is a perfect choice for the future distance education.
3. It’s all about self-control
Set boundaries between work and life. Don’t blend them because we are now working in the place we live. There’s TV at home, family members may come in and out of your room, plus the temptation of social media especially now there is no supervisor is watching over your shoulder?
Do whatever you need to do to stay on task. Turn off the TV, close the door and tag a “do not disturb” sign on the door, put your phone in airplane mode and log off your social media account.Â
It’s all about self-control to stay on task.
4. Hold your own working time
For the people who live by themselves, the only concern is how to deal with loneliness and distribute my time. If you live with your family or you have roommates, you may have to deal with the following situation: your mom is asking you to do some laundry or your roommate is chatting with you about the last episode of GoT.Â
Work from home doesn’t mean not working at all. Tell your family that you’re unavailable for certain periods each day and better work in a room with a door you can close
5. Make a scheduleÂ
You will start to realize how many chores are crowded together when spending all day at home: unwashed dishes, messy clothes on the floor, the lunch you always forget. Normally you will clean these up at the weekend, but now it just becomes an endless distraction. Develop a schedule for different tasks and stick with it. Â
6. Change your clothes
Accidentally show up in a video conference with your cozy pyjamas brings an awkward moment. You don’t need to wear a business formal dress code when work from home, but at least swap from last night’s pyjamas to a simple T-shirt will make you feel like you are actually at work.
7. Music is your new colleagues
With no colleagues around, music will become your new coworker. People feel less alone when turn on the music. No headphone required—just let the music flow around the room. If you find music is a distraction for you, you can try some background white noise, it can help you concentrate while working.
8. Make yourself a proper meal
It's a good chance to learn how to cook and make yourself some proper meal. A lunch break is also good for your productivity and efficiency. Keep the nutrition balance in mind. For the mental workers, it’s necessary to have some carbohydrate.
9.Stay safe and wash your hand!
Here is the instruction of how to wash your hand from US CDC:
1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
Singing the birthday song twice is the right amount of time to wash your hands. If you don't want to sing the birthday song, it is also good to recite Macbeth's monologue.
