#off topic ramble

So does anyone else peek at books to see what happens later on? Surely I’m not the only one? Especially when you know something traumatic happens and you only want to know how far until it gets better?? See, I know the main character in the books I’m reading loses his memory. Of the last seven books!! He remembers nothing, not even his closest friend. And they were separated on top of it! It’s breaking my heart just to think about starting it! So yes, I flipped through it to see when things resolve. They apparently find each other in about a hundred pages, but it looks like it takes much longer for the main character to remember anything, if he ever does. Seriously. I’m going to be snowed in all weekend and I’m too sad and nervous to start it. Don’t you love the power of fiction? Thank god for the internet. I can read fanfic through the first seven books, and fan art too! And even better? One of the main secondary characters came out as gay in the book I just finished, and I’ve found some lovely fics about him. Plus some I can’t read until I finish the series. I’m back off to see what else Tumblr has to offer!

Dude after all these months I got only one other week of my 2nd term break this is wonderful school is starting tomorrow with a slap of exams and even more after the month I am begging for my life I survive while I stay there like an office worker who works overtime two days a week and one singular day of peace 🥀
