The metal man fell from the sky while Nathan was walking through the woods, a flash of light blinding him then the blast from an explosion knocking him off his feet, leaves on the trees above him sparking with dying embers.
A crater the size of a swimming pool had burned away the grass just a few yards from Nathan’s feet. He sat up then crawled forward, leaning over the hole with wide blue eyes. The man ( Nathan assumed it was a man ) was in some sort of metal suit, grunting as he sat up and grumbled to himself. Like Iron Man, Nathan thought. Only, Iron Man wasn’t supposed to crash... right?
“Mr?” Dirt fell away from the edge as Nathan leaned out further over the hole. “Are you from outer space?”

This was it. After working at Stark Industries for over a year, she finally had the chance to potentially meet him. Tony Stark or, as she liked to call him, her father. She’d found out a few years ago, but she needed to tell him the truth at the right time, in the right place. Hopefully this party he was holding at his home for executives and rising employees would be just that. She had been there for about a half an hour and her anxiety was getting the best of her. She decided to go into the house to take a break, but as she was in a hallway, she heard a cough and turned to see him. “H-Hi. I, um, I needed a breather,” she told him, smiling awkwardly.
