initially,   when  he  joined,   he  enjoyed  being  part  of  it  very  much;   they  were  all  loners,   but  managed  to  make  friends  among  themselves,   and  he  was  very  passionate  about  the  cause.   with  a  vitriolic  hatred  of  omnics   (  at  the  time  ),   he  enjoyed  much  of  what  was  asked  of  him  as  a  member;   fighting  back,   taking  a  stand,   and  destroying  omnics  in  the  process.   though  he  wouldn’t  come  to  realize  it  until  much  later,   because  he  did  not  consider  omnics  living  things  at  the  time,   it  was  during  his  time  with  the  ALF  that  he  first  killed;   it  was  also  when  he  first  used  violence  against  another,   period,   and  when  he  first  got  seriously  hurt   (  many  of  his  electrical  burn  scars  are  from  this  time  ).   of  course,   the  explosion  was  a  stark  and  immediate  change  when  it  came  to  all  things  ALF;   to  mako,   his  involvement  ended  then  and  there,   his  pride  immediately  replaced  by  horror  and  regret.   with  the  loss  of  his  child,   and  the  last  of  who  he  used  to  be,   a  few  years  later  he  went  from  not  being  a  part  of  it  to  not  even  wanting  a  reminder  of  it,   like  everything  else  from  his  past.   roadhog  had  no  use  for  friends;   anyone  he  knew  from  then  became  an  ally,   at  most,   who  he’d  not  interact  with  if  it  could  be  avoided.   now,   in  the  present,   with  everything  he  knows   (  and  especially  after  his  ov.w  recruitment  and  becoming  more  tolerant  towards  omnics  )   there  is  nothing  he  regrets  more  than  joining  in  the  first  place,   however  furious  he  once  was  at  losing  his  home.

oh man yeah i hear you on that 110%. i don’t mind if people even skim my damn rules and then come back to read them in depth later? but i expect them to be aware of the things i’d like tagged, as i will do the same thing for them. and if anyone has questions i am so fine with them directing them to me. i personally direct questions when i want to be sure about tagging something to someone. and i get sometimes forgetting but y’know. every sunday i shouldn’t have to remind people at this point i think? idk. if one of us can extend the courtesy to make sure to tag things, then other people can too. it’s not hard. at all.
