#josef meinrad #original odo edit #because it's been exactly 23 years #the 'pepi sinatra' bit is something I found in the book that I bought #they talk about his roles from the early 50s (so most of the ones here)#and how in that short period (I'd say about '49-'53) his roles were the romantic hero type #such that fan clubs were formed similar to those for frankie #and that's why they (the book people - don't know if anyone at the time actually did) gave him that nickname #anyway I've been calling him that for the last weeks because it's accurate #especially after 'eva erbt das paradies' (which they mention as THE one that started the clubs - understandable)#I'm gonna have to make more new sets of that film...#I've mapped out meinrad-periods which is pretty easy for the first few years #from the mid-60s I'm gonna have to look more into things before I continue #anyway I live for early 50s meinrad...#odo's log #LLAP
