I once read somewhere about there being German Indiana Jones books that weren’t available in the US. And searched and found a lot of them on eBay and bought them. Which was quite a while ago. Not being able to read Dutch, they have just sat in my collection. And because some of them had familiar topics like Genghis Khan, El Dorado and the Feather Snake, I was thinking some of my Dutch books were translations of books from the Rob Macgregor/Martin Caidin/Max McCoy series of books, even though I had read several of those books. I was confusing the Sword of Genghis Khan with the Find Your Fate book Gold of Genghis Khan. Turns out all 8 books are originals, and there may or may not be other original Indiana Jones books in Germany, but these 8 seem to be all of the IJ books by Wolfgang Hohlbein.
