Melora in the bad future timeline

Lore rant under cut
Melora in the bad future timeline gets engaged with Lexi at the age of 26. (Even though Lexi is an incredibly important character even in Meloras main lore, i have yet to make a design for her pls be patient😭 Though i will say shes a fox yokai) However before they could get married a tragedy struck when they are caught in an ambush on a recon mission. The attack ends up in a huge explosion causing the death of Lexi and permanent injuries to Melora.
Meloras right side takes the blunt of the attack causing blindness and deafness on her right side. Her arm gets crushed under rubble causing it to need amputation. Lexi dies almost immediately as she takes the most of the force from the explosion.
Melora holds Lexi in her arms even after she has passed, refusing to let go even when rescuers find them. They have to pry a screaming and lashing Melora from Lexi.
Melora is forcefully retired from soldier duties by Leonardo due to her newfound injuries and disabilities. This causes a rift in their friendship that slowly gets patched up as time heals the invisible wounds. Melora comes to understand and respect Leonardos hard decision while Leonardo (with the help of Mikey) realizes that, despite retiring Melora being the only option, he essentially left her with no distraction from her grief.
With her newfound overload of free time Melora finds herself spending alot of time with the rapidly growing Casey jr. When Leo, Mikey and Donnie arent around due to their many duties in the resistance.
Melora does develop an issue with dissociation due to the loss of her love and her forced retirement. She never manages to really get rid of this issue before her death.
She dies at 35 during a base breach where she dies protecting Casey from a pack of krang hounds. This places her death 3 years before the fall of the resistance (aka the opening of the rottmnt movie)
Heres a short timeline with my depictions of the main 8's deaths (Some are borrowed/inspired by others depictions ive seen)
2024 - Raph dies pretty early into the apocalypse protecting his brothers.
2029 - Cassandra dies on a raiding mission
2031 - Lexi dies on a recon mission
2040 - Donnie dies sacrifising himself to take out the technodrome
2041 - Melora dies during a base breach
2044 - April, Leo and Mikey die during the opening of the Movie to send Casey jr. through the portal.
