Veruda? Or past?
im bedbound and bored out of my mind so you're getting both!
veruda: first of all they're very greasy. they're like when you wash a dog and then it immediately tears through the house getting as much dirt and grime into its fur as possible.
their hands and feet are rough, since their preferred way of getting around is on all fours, or at least with their hands on the ground. but aside from the grease, they're pretty well kept. they like brushing their hair and mane and will happily do so even with just their fingers.
past: they're weirdly cold. their chest and tummy are probably the warmest parts of them, but not by much. their skull is flaky and hard. if you've ever felt old brittle bone, it's the exact same thing. this isn't really a texture thing but they're very creaky.
