Wanna share about the relationship between Gaz and Tiala when they started dating.

The first time these two had dated. Tiala would always still wear her long sleeve top or wearing hoodies or sweaters. Even though it’s only the two of them alone. But she’s not comfortable showing her burnt scar on her arm to Gaz. It’s not that she doesn’t trust him. She’s just…scared of what he’ll think of her.

She sees many women who usually wear casual clothes showing some skin and all. Even at the beach where women had worn bikinis. It really gives her quite an insecurity. Thinking and believing that Gaz deserves to be with a woman who is prettier than her. Even having confidence in their body is better than hiding it.

The effect of those verbal words from her ex-boyfriend is still attached to her. Hearing him in her head had really ruined her confidence. Remembering how he kept telling her to look prettier even more or watch out with her diet or even try to dress properly. She was quite naive and desperate for him that she just did what he said.

It really hurts to know about this. But not as painful as the kidnapper who did something to her…

But when she started to date Gaz. She was surprised to hear him telling her that she looks beautiful the way she was. Even though she didn’t put on makeup or pretty/cute dresses or clothes. She thought he was just saying that but once getting to know him more. She finally realized that he actually truly meant it. And that actually had softened her heart a bit.

So, after like a year or two (or however long they’re dating). Tiala had finally felt comfortable around Gaz as she started to wear short sleeve shirts and tops. Showing her scar only around their place and if it’s only them. And we all should know that Gaz is never growing tired to call her beautiful every time he gets the chance. And would hug her from behind and kiss her burnt scar from the top of her shoulder and all the way down to her hand. Reminding her that she’s beautiful in his eyes and wouldn’t change ANYTHING about her. (she got flustered every time he kissed her scar. Hehehe~ 🤭)

And yeah, I love these two with ALL OF MY HEART! And Gaz is SUCH a gentleman! I LOVE HIM!

Arthur's Note: Before you read what is down there. Just to let you know that this is the conversation between Nikolai and my OC, named Alana. These two were just talking about life and all. And this conversation will show you why I picked Alana's last name as Kalani. And how I made Alana as she is now. An inspiration from someone from the past. So I hope you enjoy this little snippet which will never be part of ANY completed story that I'm working on. Lol.

“I don’t understand how YOU would be falling for a Russian man like me. You know our history with the Americans.”

“I know, Nikolai. But I don’t feel like I’m ONE of them. Never will be. I’m just…being undercooked with those Americans. Since my home has been under their control for a LONG time.”

“Oh yes. I read about your history, General. The Queen, named…um…what’s her name again?”

“Queen Liliu’okalani. The most respected woman that her people could give. With her kind heart and strong mind. Making sure that her people are well taken care of.”

“Ah. That sounded like someone that I know.”

“Oh shoosh you.”

“Heh. And she had given up her throne from preventing bloodshed onto her people. And the Hawaiian has been under the rule of the Americans ever since.”

“Never knew you learned so much about my culture, Nik.”

“I have my interests, General. ……what would you do if you’re under the Queen’s shoes? Would you give up your place to protect your men?”

“I will give up EVERYTHING to make sure that they’ll continue to fight for our home. Our families. The whole Pacific. Even if it costs me my rank as a General to be strippened or my life.”

“......you truly are the most fearsome leader that any of these people could have. That’s what I like in a woman~”

“You’re flattering me too much, Nikolai. But to answer what you said from before. I have fallen for a Russian man because of two things.”

“Oh?”

“His charms and his wit.”

“I’m not that smart. BUT those two things fit PERFECTLY for a General who is like the Queen. And she does have the last name related to the Royal Majesty as well. And that’s what made me fall in love with her even MORE.”

“I don’t know if you’re falling for the Queen or me.”

“You KNOW who I’m referring to.”

“Heh. I know…and Nikolai?”

“Yes?”

“...I love you.”

“I love you as well, Alana.”

That’s like in between. Depending on her mood if she wanted to call him all that in public or private.

But if she’s in a good mood and would call out to Gaz in public. It would be-

Pele, Pepe and babe. Sometimes with those nicknames.

But in private. She mostly called him her knight in shining armor or la’u pele or pepe. Like that.

Like I said, it depends.

Like when they’re dating? I would say…Tiala is protective. And Gaz is not.

Here is why I think they are. Starting off with Gaz.

For Gaz, AFTER they started dating. I had a feeling that he had no problem being protective with Tiala. Because he KNOWS that woman can handle anyone. Even against MEN. I mean, he saw what she did with enemies who are also quite bigger than her. She seems pretty quite focused on their moves and uses it against their advantage. And he LOVES to see her beating their ass down. (He finds it hot though. Secretly~)

As for Tiala, the reason why she’s protective of Gaz is because of her insecurity. Her experience with her Ex isn’t so good. Of course, her and her Ex started off really sweetly. But then during their Senior year. Tiala had noticed that he was acting quite strange. Always saying something about her size, her weight, her looks. All those things that he said to her are so..CRUEL. She doesn’t pay attention to the negative side because she thinks he’s concerned for the Senior Prom. But that’s not the case. Anyway, yeah. Tiala is protective to see other people trying to flirt or even TOUCH Gaz. And it really boiled her but she tried to keep her cool and just walked over before hugging Gaz’s arm. Smiling at him and said, “Hey BABE. Who’s this?” Giving that stank eye at that person, WARNING them to back off. Hehehe.
