🔧 Alamea secretly keeps the damaged blueprint of the generator that exploded years ago. She refuses to throw it away.

Born and raised in American Samoa, Alamea Fetu grew up in a traditional household where discipline, family honor, and community reputation were deeply valued.
While much of her family respected craftsmanship through traditional means, Alamea became obsessed with machinery, engines, and engineering from a young age. She spent years taking apart broken electronics, repairing tools, and building homemade devices from salvaged materials.
Hoping to prove her inventions could help her community, Alamea secretly created a portable generator intended to power lights and music during a major village celebration.
At first, the machine worked perfectly.
But during the event, the generator catastrophically overloaded and exploded, injuring several people and damaging part of the celebration grounds.
Though the accident was never intentional, the incident brought shame upon the Fetu family. Many viewed Alamea’s invention as reckless arrogance rather than innovation.
Unable to bear the guilt and growing tension within her community, Alamea eventually left home for the mainland United States.
Years later, her extraordinary ability to rebuild damaged machinery and salvaged technology caught the attention of Dispatch. She was recruited as a technical specialist, eventually becoming one of SDN’s most valuable mechanics and emergency field operatives.
Though she constantly argues with coworkers and complains about assignments, Alamea has developed a reputation for always being the first person willing to risk herself to keep others safe.
Deep down, every machine she builds is her attempt to prove one thing:
That her creations can protect people instead of hurting them.
