#oc sharing

I'll admit, a big part of why I haven't found the courage to join Artfight is because I don't feel like I have any fully-fledged ocs I can present. Yeah I did hear you don't need them, you can bring AU versions of Canon characters if you want, but I don't really want my account to just have different versions of existing characters.

And I definitely did try to make original characters back in the day. I have a bunch of character designs and original creatures I drew for fun, but I always hit a wall when it came to making lore/a story involving them, reason why drawings of fully original characters are pretty scarce, even in my older sketches.

What's weird is that I am always way more involved coming up with lore and new characters for existing stories (my Little Einsteins fan stories went bonkers, that thing had like 5-6 different lore renditions; I'm also eyeing the 30+ original Dodo species I came up with in my Jelly Jamm phase), but when I gotta start from the ground up I am always at a loss lol. Maybe one day I'll figure out what's causing that.
