Background:

They say that the Forgotten Realms were created by the supreme god Lord Ao, who pulled their universe into existence as a void. The tale goes onto say that from this void, the twin goddesses Selûne and Shar emerged and with their combined efforts and inevitable fall out, many other gods were created.

But the void, from which all gods and creation came from were made from the womb of that void, had a name... Hecate.

Mother of gods? Creator of worlds? Maybe... unlike Ao, She frequently visits realms to bear witness to what she had created. Bitter and hateful of what was forced on her, over time she had come to love her children. Flawed as they may be.

Ancient, powerful, unsettling, she has heard rumors of a god that is not of her line and has decided to come take physical form once more and investigate.

Physical Trait:

She looks very scary and intimidating but she’s actually a sweetheart. A disposition of being a void, people assume you’re dark and scary.

When she has roamed the realm and encountered her “line” they get a sense of a mother’s love wash over them, or disappointment depending.

She’s always kind and regal, incredibly powerful and someone to be respected. A lingering warm of a shadows embrace they don’t realise they were receiving until she walks away.

Her Mort.

Anything happening to Luz. This whole worm in his head thing really shook him up but his one thought circulating his head like a mantra was

"get to Luz, get to Luz, get to Luz"

She honestly took a turn I wasn’t expecting when I created her. I knew she was always a shadow sorceress, but Mort was a lovely addition and I love them.

High Elf in game - but he is magic incarnate, or at least Hecate’s Magic.

He gets called many things: Fey, Changeling, Doopleganger. But he is simply just a Shapechanger if one was or choose such a common term.

Background:

Trimorphe was a purely selfish creation by Hecate to combat her loneliness. After her use was fulfilled, Ao soon disregarded and abandoned her as the aloof and distant god he was.

She craved companionship and love and from this need her Mort was manifested and they have been side by side for millennia’s.

Deeply devoted to her, Mort takes in upon himself to be the guardian of her gentle nature. Using his abilities to change form from imposing canines, soft mustelids and intelligent corvids.

He is free to go wherever he may chose but he goes where she goes protecting and entertaining her with his mischievous side, but don’t be fooled by his friends smile and witty charm. Fun he maybe be, but sharp fangs and claws are never too far bellow the surface.

Physical Trait:

Despite having multitudes of abilities to change, he favours his crow shape more than others and it comes across in his “human” form. Sharp nose and other pointed features with avian like eyes that flick and take everything in.

He quite jerky in his movements like crow or ferret. Often tilting his head to the side without knowing. And when he laughs it’s can be barking or sound cackling.

Reputation / What Others Say:

Easy going person, very chatty and a delight to talk to. Though there is an undercurrent of something… a little dark.

Most Prized Possession:

A tiny little twig. He keeps in on him at all times in a hidden pocket. It was the first thing (other than life, clothes, food, etc) that Hecate gave to him in his bird form. And his little bird brain deemed it special.

Greatest Fear:

Ao.

He doesn’t fear Ao, he’s probably the only being brave stupid enough to curse the watching god. But he fears him coming for his Miss-tress again.

Oh dang, yes and no?? I’ve had her for a while now but I rarely draw her outdside of messy sketchbook doodles (most of these are a year old) and thus I’ve never showed her apparently. Or I just kinda forgot to introduce her properly. And that even tho she plays an important role!
