Heathcliff Dorian Barrow was born in Henford-on-Bagley in the year 1900. The bastard son of a Duke and an unnamed woman, he did not inherit the wealth he possess today.

He vowed to make a fortune large enough to marry and support his childhood love, Catherine (née Thatcher). Unfortunately, when he returned from his travels she was already married and expecting.

In order to secure his estate he made a deal with the Count of Forgotten Hollow, one that promised eternal love, but instead he was damned to an eternity of darkness. His hobbies include reading, brooding, and drinking aged bottles of plasma nectar.

黒木美那 (Kuroki Mina) is originally from Mt. Komorebi. She lived there until her parents divorced when she was 13, then moved with her father to San Myshuno where she completed her schooling.

Mina was always a "weird girl" with a fascination for the occult. She was studying history at university when she went missing, only to turn up in Forgotten Hollow with no memory of her past life a week later.

She has classical training in the piano and loves to sing. She had few friends and preferred to spend her time alone in her room, listening to Rachmaninov and going down internet rabbit holes about creatures of the night.
