Here’s me with their social media lady (whose name I forgot) and the #yarn displays, especially the #emmasyarn special #obyc colorway for this year! There were so many beautiful temptations and #knitted samples, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised I ended up getting so much. #knitting #orlando

Last Saturday we went to #fourpurlsyarnshop for the #orangeblossomyarncrawl (I still can’t believe I forgot to take pictures while I was there!) @bristolivy was there and she autographed her book for me, #knittingoutsidetheboxbook :) I got the #obyc special #colorway dyed specially by Emma on her silky base (the greenish skein on the right in the pictures) #emmasyarn SO SOFT! and a gradient by #appletreeknits in pure #floridaorange to make the second skein for the #soundwavesshawl by Laura Dobratz and Nancy Dobler (5th pic); I fell in love with Interpretations vol 4 and got super excited thinking it was the volume that’s about to come out that I’d seen here, but now I feel even more excited because it means there’s even more to look forward to and I want to see all the volumes! I love #veeravälimäki and #jojilocatelli ! I looked at getting a #lykke needle to try, but my boyfriend said it would be cheaper in the long run to buy a set than to get them piecemeal. (Sheepish) Did I fall off a wagon to follow the trend, or did I jump on the bandwagon? So many wagons. Anyway although I love them and can’t wait to cast something on them, I still love my chiaogoo red lace too. I also didn’t print passports because I didn’t think we’d make it to all the shops, but now we might next weekend and I missed a stamp!
