I wanted to post this publicly, instead of writing it down somewhere, so that way I’m challenged to actually go through with it.  But basically my resolution consists of four points:

BE: Older, Braver, Smarter, Kinder.

Remember that you’re more mature, you can make better decisions.

Remember that you don’t need to be so afraid, you can stand up for yourself.

Remember that you can avoid bad situations, you have the ability to pull yourself away.

Remember that you should be kinder to yourself.
