one thing that fucks me up about obsession that I haven't seen anyone talk about [SPOILERS even tho its been in theatres for a hot minute GO WATCH IT IF YOU HAVENT PLEEEEASE]
Bear doesn't show any fucking concern about his dead cat. Yea, he cries for Sandi, but he didn't fucking cremate her or get her a burial or anything. HE HAS A HOUSE! He could've just as easily made her a burial in the backyard! But no, he just chucks his dead cat into a garbage bag and then goes out drinking with his buddies. That was the first telltale sign our protagonist was a major asshole with no empathy.
