I am a glutton for punishment...self-inflicted punishment.
I am now doing three stories. Yes, I have no life outside of work and Sim4, just in case you are wondering. There is a reason I go by the Gay Bachelor....
The Boedell Legacy is my main, and always will be, at least until it ends with Generation 10.
Live Laugh Love was born out of my 10 Date Challenge, as I became obsessed with Taric and all the characters that were created for it by my amazing followers. Now that a partner has been chosen for him, I decided to create their story, based on some of my own experiences in my relationship with my Ex. There was a 20 years age difference between us and we were together for ten years, and remain great friends to this day. Even though he is now married to a great guy, that has become one of my closest friends. So Taric and Hank’s story is kind of like an autobiographical “fiction”. This story is a side blog off of my Main Boedell page.
Differences in the Family Tree is a “spin-off” from the Boedell Legacy, based off of Nico’s half-sister, Charlotte “Char” Brooks. It will hopefully be less legacy and more story-based, and who knows, maybe will take the place of the Boedell Legacy once it is completed.
After loosing my partner, Bryan this year in July, in a horrible accident, I just don’t seem to have the motivation to get out of my comfort zone here. I know that this probably isn’t healthy at this point, but with winter coming it will be my solace. I hope I do not inundate you with my poor writing, editing style and my weak attempt at humor.Â
But ... even though I LOVE sharing my work, ultimately this is for me. It’s not about followers, or likes...it’s about keeping it together inside my head and not go off into a dark place, as i have in the past. It’s about keeping my depression and anxiety under control so that I can function outside of this room.
I am sorry for such a long post, but I would hope you follow my stories, and if you are so inclined, feel free to make a comment, or a like or just say hello. If not, that is okay too. I just want to say thank you for all of those that follow me, and those I follow. You all keep me somewhat sane and “normal” whatever normal is....
