Especially after the recent winter olympics, rusbots have been making (and still are btw) edits of alysa and how sasha mogs her??? Mind u, Alysa after the 2022 Beijing Olympics went on to defend Sasha because she was getting backlash because of her initial reaction to winning silver.
Crazy as hell you have these rusbots who continuously putting these women against each other, and when you say "why put these women against each other?" The only defense they'll ever have is "oh, it's a competitive sport!" It is, but there's no need to diss Alysa, someone who had already won the winter olympics.
+ People disregarding her hardwork to just say that she wouldn't have made it in the sport without her dad's money is INSANE. Considering on how costly fs is too, but again, disregarding someone's hard work just because you think that person doesn't deserve is disrespectful.
And people also trying to put aside her winning and saying that she was over scored??? If she somehow was, it wouldn't be her fault either 😭😭😭
It's not like she pulled an Adelina who hugged one of the judges during the Sochi 2014 olympics.
EDIT: I actually do agree that even with money, someone is nothing without actually having the skill :p
Overall summary: Rusbots are weird asf about any olympic champion if they aren't russian.
