Object regression flag!

Object regression is when someone regresses to an object as opposed to a younger age or an animal. Examples might include cherry regression, snow regression, or star regression. This term encompasses regression to any non sentient thing. You can use objre if you connect with an object during regression rather than regressing to an object aswell.

We made this flag because we were introduced to the term but couldn’t find many flags or posts relating to the term.

genuinely, though, it can look different depending on the person. it's behaving like and/or resonating with something that isn't living. how would one behave like an object? well, it's almost like how sci-fi movies and other works of fiction have objects come to life, so it's largely up to interpretation. if someone regresses to or dreams a doll, they behave the way THEY think a doll would if it was alive and/or feel a connection toward dolls. personally, i regress to a robot, because i connect with the idea of a sentient robot in my regression, especially in the aspect of learning how to behave like a human and express emotions.

or, at least, this is my understanding of it.

tldr; for some, it's actively behaving how they think an object would if it was alive. for others, it's just feeling a deep connection to that object in their regression. or both. both works as well.

Plush regression flag

Plush object regression / plush regression is when someone regresses to a plush. This term encompasses regression to all types of plushes including stuffed animals, character plushes, fidget plushes, etc. You can use this term if you regress to a plush or connect with a plush during other types of regression such as age regression or pet regression.

This is a subset of object regression
