One of my fav object birth concepts is like, farmer or gardener who just.. gives birth to a bunch of fruit and vegetables.
Like, feeling all the different shapes inside them each day, pressing out against their tummy... the feeling of contractions, knowing that their harvest would soon be ready. The smallest things like cucumbers or lemons and limes come out with no effort at all. Struggling a bit to get the next batch of produce out, squatting down with their legs spread to make room for the medium-sized fruit and veg. They grunt out a few apples and oranges, huffing with effort, savouring the girth of an eggplant that slowly slides out. Then the largest produce always gives them some trouble. They have to ease out the bigger things like squash and grapefruits, slowly pushing out their prized harvest. By the end of it all, they're surrounded by a nice harvest of different fruits and vegetables.
