you know object limbs in II are completely different to those in BFDI, right?
Now they may look like regular noodle limbs, but let me drop some truth on you!
Fig 1: Behold! A featherless biped!
Think Iām joking? Well look below the cut if you dare!
Fig 2: āLegsā, said Salt (II S2 EP 12 ))
Now I know this a visual gag, but bear with me a moment. Now to be clear, Iām not as big of a fan of the series, compared to BFDI. But Iāve watched it a bit and I can say that the whole series is a little more grounded, compared to BFDI, especially in the later seasons.
If we consider that, then it makes sense why their limbs donāt really function exactly like BFDI object limbs. Of course, yes, different universes, different biology, but still! Their limbs just are regular limbs and if we assume that what weāre seeing on screen is a little more simplified, just assume that this is what an objectās limbs in II actually look like.
And because they have human-like limbs, like exactly, it can be safe to say they have actual bones, a bone structure in their limbs just like ours! And then that would mean their humerus and femur connect to both a shoulder and hip joint, which then further implies they have a clavicle, scapula and pelvis. And then THAT means they have an entire skeleton! Not like ours but you know.
Where is their skeleton though? Sure it could be the view we see is more family friendly with deaths, however then you have objects like OJ, salt/pepper, etc. Not to mention Paper! All these should have visible ātorso bonesā, whether outlined by thin material or seen clearly through transparent material.
Thus the second option is organ space. Their skeletons are justā¦not visible to the naked eye, neither are their organ systems. But maybe just for the objects in the II universe, you could say that although they are not visible, you can feel that they might be there. Like try ad press your thumbs into Paperās face and eventually, you might feel what could be cheekbones or other parts of the skull.
Shouldnāt be too hard.
However my first option for reasoning why we donāt see the skeleton in their object isnāt completely ruled out. Still blood could be a possibility, itās just from our point of view itās been censored by removing any other blood.
This would mean the contestants will be seeing blood a lot but Mephone4 probably designed them with the idea of not being bothered by seeing blood, same way as death was hardwired into them to be a less impactful thing. This is before they realise that theyāre fakes and Mephone4 leaves.
Oh well
Anyways going along the assumption they do have more human limbs, I know it doesnāt sit right, but thinking soā¦would objects from BFDI be a little freaked out? I mean come on, these guys were scary enough.
Fig 3: Literally just Hell (BFDIA 9)
Though Golfie and TB are probably used to it as you can see them here, so seeing these limbs on uh Test Tube and Fan and maybe Bot wonāt be too uncomfortable for them, probably.
Do I fully believe all of this? Probably not, idk.
