For someone who didn't play Vesperia.. Do you think it's worth it to buy it and play it? (I don't own the console for it but I'd love to know your thoughts.
i mean i can’t speak for you or anyone else, but for me, vesperia is and has for a long time been not just my favorite game in the tales series but my favorite game of all time. there are some ways it’s lacking as a story and a game, i definitely won’t deny that, but as someone who loves character and relationship development more than anything and who is an absolute sucker for found families: vesperia has the single greatest found family i have ever seen in my life and i’m pretty sure no party will ever be this perfectly coherent ever again.
so i’m definitely gonna be biased as fuck if i encourage you to play the game (and in my case, encourage you to play the xbox ver because the ps3 ver is Dead To Me). tbh i doubt my opinion holds much weight if you’re looking for an impartial recommendation, but yeah. that’s my two cents.
