Traits
Pack Tactics. The wolf has Advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally doesn’t have the Incapacitated condition.
Actions
Multiattack. The wolf makes two attacks using its Bite.
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) Piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it has the Prone condition.
Spellcasting. The wolf casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability: 2/Day Each: Heroism, Shield of Faith 1/Day Each: Warding Bond
Bonus Actions
Aggressive. The wolf can move up to its Speed toward a Hostile creature it can see.
Divine Smite (Recharge 4-6). When the wolf hits a creature using its Bite, it can choose to deal an additional 9 (2d8) Radiant damage. If the target is a Fiend or Undead it takes an extra 4 (1d8) Radiant damage.
