Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free oats. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a food processor, blend the oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
