Ā š THURSDAY TIPS To all my egg fans out there ā¤ļø (Swipe to see egg cooking times)ā ā ā ā Remember when we used to be afraid of egg yolks? š Glad weāre past that stage overall. Both egg whites and egg yolks are a great part of an overall healthy diet. A nice trick if you want to add more volume to a meal is to do an omelet with 1-2 whole eggs + 2-3 egg whites (you can use the egg white cartons if you want to reduce waste).ā ā ā ā Egg whites overall are a lean source of protein but many of the nutrients reside in the egg yolk. Whole eggs contain all of the vitamin A, D, E & K. Whole eggs also have a higher amount of B6, B12 and folic acid compared to their egg white counterparts. So donāt skimp on the yolk too much.ā ā ā ā Now if youāre wonder how to boil the perfect eggs, follow the instructions closely below:ā ā ā ā 1 - Place eggs in a largeĀ saucepan and cover them with cool water by 1 inch.ā ā 2 - Cover the pan with a lid and bring water to a rolling boil over highĀ heat.ā ā 3 - When the water has reached a full boil, setĀ a timer for the desired time and keep it full boiling the whole time.ā 4 - Immediately place the eggs in an ice water bath once they are done (this helps ensure they come out easier to peel too!)ā ā ā ā Timing: ā ā Soft boiled - 2 minutesā ā Medium boiled - 3-5 minutesā ā Hard boiled - 6-7 minutesā ā ā ā Hope you found this helpful Cleiton . . . #nutriontips #tips #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #bodytransformation #prepmeals #diet #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #london #brasilš§š· #ganheodia #ganhesuabatalha #getaftergetgrowing #getaftergetgrowingšš» (at London, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFQcEvYDsUp/?igshid=pkokmnhmiw6i
