Ingredients: 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 300F 150C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil until evenly coated. In a separate bowl, mix together the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast mixture over the kale and toss until the kale is coated with the seasoning. Spread the kale out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the kale is crispy and starting to brown around the edges. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
