So many lifelines because I'm doing more repeats than the pattern says. Using up leftover yarn so making it two tone.

Just finished #27 Promenaadi Shawl by Nancy Bush from Vogue Knitting.
I usually go up a couple of needle sizes because I'm a tight knitter, but more than one person on ravelry said they ran short of yarn so I used tha needles called for and ended up with more yarn than I like to have left over. The pictures are pre-blocking. I'll post more when it gets blocked. Hopefully the lovely nupps will pop out some more then.
Yarn used was Stitch Together's Stitch Smooth Sock in Ssssssin colorway. Cast on used size 3.5 needles, but main body was done with size 3.25 needles.
Finished my grandmother’s Bonsai shawl - she’ll get it for Christmas this year. :)
Hello, please look at this adorable hat I finished knitting yesterday. It's deep stash (2007-8) and it is adorable. I don't know whether I will ever knit a nupp again after this.
The yarn is a 4-5ply weight handspun I bought before I could spin for myself. It's wool and also very yellow.
Knitted on 2.75mm and 3.00mm needles.
The nupps are 7 stitch nupps and nearly killed me.
The flower chart is a traditional Estonian motif named after Greta Garbo. The chart was on a hand-out I had and I figured I could put it on a yellow hat.

Here is the first shawl that I have started and finished in 2018: “Annis” by Susanna IC. I’ve used this pattern (a free one -- which is a nice bonus) before, but this is the first time that I went ahead and challenged myself with the “nupp” option rather than just substituting beads. The yarn used was Malabrigo Sock in the “Playa” colourway.
Swallowtail lace shawl (Evelyn Clark Designs) off the needles! I did a few more pattern repeats than written. Will block to a lovely size, hopefully.
