Personality: None, Blind-Eyes Demons are practically mindless. Having no will of their own they always obey the orders of any powerful demon thats nearby and if there are no other demons in the area giving them orders they will either stand around or wander aimlessly, attacking any non-demon in the area with whatever weapon or object they have

Abilities: Even weak demons like a Blind-Eyes Demon can still pose a threat if encountered in a large mob; thats also not to say a solitary Blind-Eyes Demons don't have unique abilities they can use on none demons like:

Sin Bile: The body of a Blind-Eyes Demon is naturally bone thin but their bodies produces an endless supply of concentrated sin, a spiritual substance found within mortals that can contaminate their very soul if left unchecked. This concentration can cause their bodies to swell up into disgusting folds of fat which once it reaches capacity expels from their mouths 30 feet at any unsuspecting target. In other words, these mindless slobs vomit up pure sin

Infernal Regrowth: Blind-Eyes Demons are only found within Hell as they can not survive outside of Hell. Their flesh is very weak and if killed anywhere outside of Hell will simply dissipate out of existence. However, within Hell, their flesh is fed sustenance by the very essence of Hell which allows it to regenerate if injured or killed indefinitely unless hit with a holy weapon or object which cancels out their regeneration

Mocking Terror: The very nature of these mindless abominations is a upfront of, well, nature itself as the very idea of beings lacking free will such as the Blind-Eyes Demons and their mocking appearance who bares similarities to humans (whose eyes are sown shut and ooze black substance from their mouths) would fill a mortal with utter terror; a terror that grows to insane levels when one encounters Blind-Eyes Demons in a large group

Stinging Vermin: Blind-Eyes Demons have large tube-like growths growing out of their bodies which are home to these strange insects or wasps that bare no resemblance to any earthly insect. These strange insects can swarm nearby targets, stinging and biting them with fury. What makes these insects frightening is their symbiotic relationship with the Blind-Eyes Demon, the demon can sense and track the target who was attacked by its swarm

Spawn Creation: Blind-Eyes Demons are spawned from the very acts of laziness and apathy; the utter unwillingness to help others or blindly following orders no matter how vile without a care can spawn numerous Sloth-based demon species like the Blind-Eyes Demons

Info: Blind-Eyes Demons are some of the lowest form of demons that can be found within any demon realm as either mindless drones or as a form of food source similar to fatten cattle. The Mystery Kids have only encountered a few of them once and that was in the Cardinal's own realm

P.S. These guys are based on the Nupperibo from D&D, my version on these guys (as well as the rest of the fiends) is that there's no distinction between a demon and devil, the names are just synonymous with each other

Traits

Cloud of Vermin. Any creature, other than a devil, that starts its turn within 20 feet of the nupperibo must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. A creature within the areas of two or more nupperibos makes the saving throw with disadvantage. On a failure, the creature takes 2 (1d4) piercing damage.

Hunger-Driven. In the Nine Hells, the nupperibos can flawlessly track any creature that has taken damage from any nupperibo's Cloud of Vermin within the previous 24 hours.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

The only thing changed in Monsters of the Multiverse is the Cloud of Vermin deals 2d4 Acid damage
