I seem to have accidentally stumbled on a bit of an audio illusion about which ninjago voice actor says this line, with various people giving me different answers, and the speaker having been changed on the wiki's transcript a few years ago, so I am interested in y'all's thoughts. lloyd not being able to wash the pink out of zane's suit and selling it online where it's bought by chen will never not be funny
So during Rebooted, we know that all of Ninjago's power came from the electrical farms.
But after the ninja took it down temporarily during Season 3, the inhabitants may have moved some of the power harnessing elsewhere to avoid a situation like that again (while also not relying on technology as much as during Season 3 to avoid another situation with the Overlord rising like that occurring again)
(And it is reasonable to assume that if they hadn't prior, after the Merge and the world got much bigger (and some places seemed to have gone missing), they did, as many buildings in the Crossroads have multiple windmills and barrels on them, probably to harness power and store water)

Season 1 really just said "Yeah, my autistic bro, he's got this thing about this one bird, so me and the guys are just gonna like, go follow the bird, like halfway across the country, just to see like... what the bird's up to, I guess. Be back later!"
rewatching some early ninjago and man, within the first 6 episodes of season 1, lloyd's been put in a cage, betrayed by someone, and tried to sneak into somewhere with a truly terrible disguise only to get caught and put in a cage again...the writers really decided what they wanted to do with his character very early on and by god they stuck to it.
rewatching season one of ninjago and i forgot how much of a brat (affectionate) lloyd was
