well friends i realised i forgot to do an intro for the young maiden so here we go

just like pretty much everyone else on this rp, jasmine is recycled from another rp (except now i’m using a rowan FC instead of a laura marano FC). some facts 2 kno

jasmine is fifteen years old and is a nepheline 

she’s a cheerleader and does a lot of gymnastics. she hopes to be a professional gymnast one day

her best friend is eden and she’s fiercely protective/proud of her little genius friend

she’s very blunt and very sarcastic but she also cares for people and things with her whole heart

she’s very cheerful despite her Sad Backstory™

her Sad Backstory™ (tw: death) is that her mother passed away when she was about seven. her dad hasn’t quite been the same since then and he tries his best to give jasmine the life his wife would have wanted for her. her dad is currently very sick and she works hard both in school and out of school to help him run his business and maintain a living.

jasmine is very confident about her looks and general appearance, but finds herself more insecure about who she is as a person. is she good enough? is she nice enough? is she smart enough? but she knows she’s hot af, and maintains a healthy body image.

she tells shit like it is. no beating around the bush for jasmine.

she has a tortoiseshell cat named george and she loves her more than anything in the world

Hey Im Min, I’m like 21, and I live in EST. I like a total sucker for good animation and puns.Anyway enough about me lets talk about the man of the hour, Demitri  Okay so this Demitri, my son. 

Yes Demitri is a student at Westlin Prep (Go -Insert Mascot Here-) 

He is a rich kid his dad manages the Seattle Branch of Verizon- but he wouldnt outright say that nor would he really go out and spend money unless he needed to 

He has an awkward relationship with his family because he’s the eldest son from his dad’s first wife-aka his mom 

Speaking of his mom,  she’s a Nepheline and she left his dad because she wasnt fond of his lifestyle (dun, dun, dun) 

So basically he’s the half-sibling and the step-son to his second family-who he more or less gets along with 

So personality wise:

As his label says he’s a skeptic, so mythology was more entertaining stories rather than stuff he takes to face value. It’s to a point he can come off as cynical. 

He likes to experiment and do things on impulse- basically lets throw stuff on the wall and lets see what sticks 

Demitri has a bad habit of coming out more harsh than intended. He just wants to finish/avoid a task and be on his way 

He’s more eager to have conversations with strangers then people he knows. That and the fact he just isnt a fan of a lot of people at WP 

He’s a nice guy but hes more slow to warm due to his past experiences 

Now the Nelephine Stuff:

Because his mother was absent for the majority of his life, save the one instance she showed up before the trip, so he hasnt been well educated on the Nelephine stuff 

Hearing the mythology on tours of the island kinda made him feel a bit weird, like his gut is saying that some of the stuff about Nepheline might resonate with him 

Rather then accept it though he just starts avoiding the tours altogether and just ignore it . Like he’s not a  mythical creature or part mythical creature pffft

He does have  natural blonde hair but he always associates it as being biracial (his mom was the one who named him Demitri). He has started dying it to avoid drawing attention to himself but the blonde done eventually show up again

He doesnt have wind powers but he does like the wind and feels something like an affinity to it.

honestly, he wants everyone to love him and be his friend and give him hugs ( and sex, whoops ) because he’s a puppy. so love him, damnit. also, he’s gay af. amen!
