It is a toss between Kelvyn, Xageth, and Noximus for different reasons. Kelvyn is a hunter. He reflects a person’s emotions to appear as a functional person. Xageth is the shark lurking beneath the water’s surface that you will not see until it is too late. He is often underestimated because of his species and how he acts. Noximus looks terrifying (being a rotting Forsaken with ONE EYEBALL) and is insane. Let’s include the fact that he carries around the decapitated head of his dead wife with him at all times.
U: is the most unapologetic for the way they live their life.
Jorusus. He is a nether drake and makes the most out of what life has given him. Everything he does, in his eyes, has its reasons. The dragon complex feeds into that arrogance. He will never answer to anyone (especially mortals) for his actions.
