Previously scheduled to reopen July 1, 2020, Now Natura Riviera Cancun will now open September 15, 2020. Upon reopening, Now Natura Riviera Cancun will have an exciting brand change, becoming Dreams Natura Resort & Spa. This change fits with the AMResorts® strategy to evolve and enhance guest experience to align with targeted guest profiles, which in this case are families seeking the particular and elevated vacation experience that the Dreams brand is known to deliver. Dreams Natura Resort & Spa will now offer the Dreams brand signature Unlimited-Luxury® offerings, along with amenities and services including: Gourmet à la carte dining options with no reservations required Unlimited international and domestic top shelf spirits 24-hour room and concierge services Pool and beach wait service Daily refreshed mini bar with soft drinks, juice, bottled water and beer Daily maid service Endless daytime activities and nightly entertainment Four swimming pools, a rollglider aerial ride, water park, lazy river, the Explorer’s Club for Kids, and the Core Zone Teens Club Please note that all existing bookings at Now Natura Riviera Cancun will be honored at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa, and room categories will not be modified at this time. AMResorts Notification: Now Larimar Punta Cana Enhancement Project Update
AMResorts would like to provide an update regarding the enhancement project at Now® Larimar Punta Cana that began on July 15, 2019. The resort is now launching the last phase of this project and we want to inform you these renovations will be slightly more extensive than originally anticipated. In order to provide our mutual guests with the best vacation experience possible, the resort will be temporarily closing August 28, 2019 and will reopen December 16, 2019. AMResorts is pleased to share that all guests will be protected at nearby AMResorts® branded properties listed below: Guests traveling with children will be protected at Now® Onyx Punta Cana and receive an upgraded resort experience in a similar room category. Guests traveling without children will be protected at either Secrets® Royal Beach Punta Cana or Breathless® Punta Cana Resort & Spa and will receive the complete Unlimited-Luxury® experience in a similar room category. Patricia Alvarez-Lebron, CMS, Director of Sales, will be reaching out with each guest manifest to determine where the bookings will be protected. Further, if guests decide they no longer wish to explore an elevated experience at any of the alternative accommodations listed above, the resort will waive resort associated penalties. Please note, this remodel will be contained and isolated within this property, therefore not impacting or inconveniencing guests at Secrets® Royal Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa. All restaurants, the convention center and the main pool will also be enhanced. A new Beach Club will be added and available for guests starting December 16, 2019. AMResorts is pleased to announce enhancements planned at Secrets® Royal Beach Punta Cana and Now® Larimar Punta Cana beginning July 15, 2019. These enhancements will bring an even better product offering to our customers to further elevate their experience. Enhancements planned are as follows: Secrets® Royal Beach Punta Cana will elevate their Preferred Club section starting July 15 - November 8, 2019. This project includes guest rooms as well as the addition of two new private pools and a new category, Preferred Junior Swim Up Suite. Furthermore, an all-new Preferred Club Lounge will be added, perfectly situated next to the Preferred Club area and beach. Guests will also enjoy a newly expanded Seaside Grill. Preferred Club rooms may continue to be booked as per contract. Room availability may fluctuate and as such you may see less availability than what is listed in the product guide. The number will change daily as rooms are returned to inventory. This project will create two new room categories for an improved customer experience including: The new Preferred Club Junior Swim Up rooms now available to book for travel beginning December 22, 2019. New guest rooms offering private pool access available for booking starting August 15, 2019. Now® Larimar Punta Cana will also be investing to boost the customer experience. This will include remodeling 145 rooms along with the addition of an all new private pool. The project will take place starting July 15 - November 8, 2019. Please note, this remodel will be contained and isolated within the resort, therefore not impacting or inconveniencing guests on the property.
