Ā oh man oh man when will work stop making me cry I...
Hey! Try pressing your thumb into your soft palette for a sec; breathe in for four seconds, hold for four to five, breathe out for six to eight; find a closet or something and shake every muscle in your body as hard as you can without hurting yourself
Thank you! Iāve tried shaking my hands a lot to release some of that energy which helps a bit, so I will totally try shaking every muscle. Iāve got a little corner cubicle I can do it in so as to not worry about looking foolish, heh.
I will try those for sure. Iām finding it difficult to pull my head out of that drowning/canāt-think feeling. I feel like if I can pull back then I can start to do stuff to get it to pass.

That sounds Yikes but yeah, I know that feel. And as your local Jew Mutual I have no problem with your use of kvetch (Although I confess that my own knowledge of Yiddish has basically rusted to nonexistence).
It has gotten Yikes. It was just stressful and busy before, but now Iām so tired (also my thyroid is a mess) I feel like Iāve used up all my reserves and am finding it harder and harder to pull back from panicking.
Yay for kvetch! thank ^_^
(dang but Yiddish has some fantastic words)
