Managed to run/jog (I have no idea what the technical distinction between the two is) a 5k this morning (as in the distance not an event) for what I am fairly certain is the first time in my life.  Admittedly, I did have to drop down to walking for about 1/10th of a mile for one uphill portion towards the end, but I also traversed a distance slightly greater than 5k… so I am going to give myself that one.  Not an amazing pace or cadence, but still an achievement nonetheless and a 4.1TE is certainly not bad; especially considering where I was 9 months ago.  Just have to keep working at it and eventually I will get better at it. @steeleboxing_athletics Hopefully this counts towards working on my conditioning for boxing :). #runnning #jogging #notsurewhich #garmin #fenix3 #5k #first5k #workinprogress #exercise #outdoorrunning #weightloss #weightlossjourney #improving #weightlosstransformation #training #conditioning #boxing #boxer #wannabe (at Cobb County, Georgia)
