Blog Post #2
Greetings eager readers with dreams to escape the middle class. If you have returned, you have made the right decision. I started trading stocks in my early years at Duke and in this post, I plan to teach you how to start trading today. If you want to day-trade full time and make this your career, most guides and top-notch traders will recommend maintaining an account with a minimum of $25,000. If you don’t have that kind of money, which I know you don’t, $100 is enough to get your feet wet. Some cheap stocks I recommend for low-budget, beginner traders are the following: AMRN, IBIO, CHK, HEAR, F, and lastly GAIN. All of the stocks listed prior are under $12 a share. These companies are generally not shares you want to hold for the long-term, besides one. In my next post I will be sharing information about the first three companies and why it may be a good idea to buy some of their shares. If you want to know which of these shares is worth holding long term, you’ll have to tune in next time. While you wait, I recommend you do a little research of your own for these companies and you can compare results.
