ii. Are there any plot tropes you are sick of/refuse to RP? If so, what are they and why?
The first one that comes to mind is a trope I see far too often with characters like Peter, and that's the 'I'm cruel because my past was cruel to me' trope. Which, in other's defense, can be done well, but when you have a character as severe as Peter, who's done the things he's done without any signs of remorse (ie. his attack on Edward and Tris), I personally find it really gross when I see people attempting to justify violent (to Peter's extent, sociopathic) actions because of a damaged past. However with my experience roleplaing, I find a lot of people who do use the damaged trope tend to not realize how much research is actually needed for a psychopath or a sociopath.
vi. Is there a character that the rest of your fandom adores that you just don’t like/are indifferent to? Who is the character and why?
Book/movie canon wise, I'm actually not huge on Four (though everyone on here I've RP'd with is a much more enjoyable portrayal of him.) Something about how he's written tends to come off to me as generic and it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth? Like I feel he's written to appeal to young girls instead of being a three-dimensional, flawed and appealing character on his own.
viii. Out of the really popular pairings in your fandom, what’s your nOTP?
Tris/Four. Again I feel like it's one of those things that's written to appeal and it lacks a lot of interesting relationship depth and turmoil for me.
