Less than 5000 war casualties of people of many different ethnicities practicing a highly by-design multiethnic religion a genocide does not make.
Armenia, Cambodia, Israel, and Rwanda don’t recognize it as a genocide. It’s almost as if people who have actually suffered genocides find it insulting when “genocide” is used haphazardly.
Also, the continent of South America is mostly populated by Christians. Not a single South American nation recognizes this as a genocide. Georgia, Armenia, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Russia, the Philippines, East Timor, and Australia don’t recognize it as a genocide. Not a single country in Africa, projected to be a Christian continent in the next twenty years, recognizes this as a genocide. Most of Christendom does not recognize this as a genocide!
